This fits the sorcery team pump slot.
This was kind of a core +1/+1 counters and Discovery card that was passed over.
Fits token maker creature slot.
This fits a +1/+1 counter creature slot and unbound.
This seems to have been skipped over in the skeleton. Fits a Discovery creature slot.
I'd highly recommend this for blue uncommon DFC slot.
What about consideration of this for uncommon slot? It fits instant bounce slot.
This card seemed to have gotten skipped over for blue unbound slot. But I prefer it by far to, say, Coatl of Free Winds.
Since this appears to be competing with Emori Craftmaster, and I quite like that card as well, but I still want this idea to be used, is there any way this could be made into a mono-green card?
Don't forget the existence of Emori Wanderer for the same general space.
Do we want to keep that theme after all? Especially because it doesn't really go with any of
archetypes, since both are more about the graveyard or the hand, not the bottom of the library though. It also hurts all the cycling creatures which could be brought back by all the graveyard returners for creatures and cycling cards.
I don't know, I do like strategic cards, but this might always hurt you more than the enemy, which makes it pretty hard to play around.
Yeah there are some empty slots and stuff in the skeleton. I just tried to keep the themes we where going for present at uncommon. But more manasinks would be nice.
We talked about possibly doing some cards that put cards from the graveyard onto the bottom of the library but not at common. I will admit that this doesnt interact well with those cards but currently we only have 2. I see this as more for the
archetype though. I think its important we have a card like this at uncommon and I'd already made this. Could be change or this kind of effect could be shifted to another color.
Scouting Track variant for nonbasics. Might be a bit strong, but can easily be countered with mill effects.
Not sure about the bottom-of-the-libary theme. Like the card, but it really doesn't shimmy with all the die-->get token cards, it's actually a pretty good counter to them. Giving a colour its own counter is all kinds of hilarious though^^
Edited lower-->less, not sure about the whole phrase though.
To make that archetype more visible.
This has negative synergy with black-green creatures that give tokens upon dying. Is the bottom-of-library theme even a thing anymore?
Exactly, that's why I brought up the red-white theme in the set-wide discussion. The theme is not visible enough.
Thanks for that, looks good so far. I think we need more Manasinks and creatures with activated abilities in Uncommon to fit a different playstyle. So far we got lots of triggered abilities on creatures but not much else, which may be too combolicious for some players.
Hmm, sure, good idea, we don't have a lot of Menace and that would make this card fit more into
tokens than
DFC with all the lifelink already. Would that be too strong though? I kinda have a hard time of gauging Menace, it's not the same as giving all your creatures pump+Trample, but not that far of.
Isn't this so far the only card that really cares about low toughness? Without that I doubt any playtester would know what
's theme even is besides aggro. Not that aggro is a bad theme, pretty standard for that combination.
