Riffing off of Unsubstantiate and filling a blue control function.
Flavor text.
What about consideration of this for uncommon slot? It fits instant bounce slot.
Added to skeleton.
Other colors caring about enchatments in this way still makes me feel bad. Maybe there's another card that could replace this one?
Well, it's sort of meant to care about enchantments precisely as an anti-card to white and black.
Its just blue enchantment hate isnt that common, it feels like this could be a card in an enchantments matters set.
What if the enchantment part was actually replaced with land instead? As this is more of a lands matter set with a minor enchantment subtheme.
The land bit might be too oppressive. I like that more than this though.
I can see the concern that returning lands to their owner's hand, especially for 2 mana, may be oppressive. Out of curiosity I looked and it does have precedent on some cards, mostly at higher cost though: Churning Eddy, Glowing Animone. Cards like Regress also do it in a roundabout way.
