Color-shifted and made to use Retrace mechanic
For some reason I had thought it was earlier than that.
The first Ravnica, I think. Aura of Dominion has type "Enchant creature", but Flight of Fancy is "Enchantment - Aura". Ravnica had a minor Auras theme (Auratouched Mage, the Galvanic Arc cycle, Drake Familiar etc), perhaps in celebration of the new Aura technology.
I know that this is a totally random bump... but when did they change the way enchantments work?? I never before realized that Auras from the Kamigawa block weren't auras at the time.

It is similar. I feel like it's more sane not to affect lands. Should this be using counters to track its effect? They seem superfluous.
Reminds me of Temporal Distortion.
It is reminiscent of how artifacts used to be turned off by tapping.
Isn't it crazy sometimes when you look back at how long ago you or someone else made something on here?
I didn't realize this 2 years ago (yikes!), but this is reminiscent of the original artifact rules.
