Revamped.

Wow. Awesome in concept.

Unfortunately, the third ability needs to change radically. As it is, imagine an opponent who's just slightly mana-screwed; say they've kept a 1-land hand with a bunch of 2-drops, and had to discard once. Now they never get another draw.

Adding "may" would probably do.

I never would have thought of that. Thanks. :)

Everything else is 2, so made 3rd ability do two as well.

I realized that if I said "up to two," it's almost the same as saying "may."

Boosted CMC to 3.

I love that she has so many twos, but I do wonder if the second ability is too strong.
What about the third ability? Is that too strong?

It is pretty strong. And not really white-blue. That's a green ability.

All these twos make me want more twos. Personally, I think you should change all the +1s to +2, switch out the third ability for something flavor appropriate that requires a +2, and change the last ability to a -2, and follow the ultimate's text with "...then remove two loyalty counters from ~." This all may require updating the casting cost. {2}{w}{u}?

Now that I think about it, she would fit better overall as a {g}{w} planeswalker.
Are you joking about the ability changes? Because I feel like that would make a really annoying, very hard-to-be rid of planeswalker. More so than she already is. And why "remove two loyalty counters?" That seems so inelegant.

Shifted from white/blue to green/white. Name, CMC, and loyalty cost changes pending.

Actually, I like the idea of the two then two loyalty counters. maybe not on this card, because it does distract. But the idea of a Planeswalker that can immediately Ultimate, but it takes a lot out of her, like a normal ulimate... probably for another card. Something more red.

+2 will shoot this card out of take down range, it's true. I'm a fan of Planewalkers costing more, anyway. I like goofy 6cc Planeswalkers... I don't know why everybody keeps designing 3cc ones. People keep trying to make their cards playable. grumble grumble

I fear I have to point out now that the "each player draw two cards" is out of flavor. I would think that Green and White would be able to figure out how to do that together, but the color pie disagrees with me.

Both green and white get some card draw, and together they often have a sense of unity or community. I would think that they should be allowed to have this effect. It actually makes more sense to me than white-blue.

I approve of this planeswalker.

I agree, I don't see why Howling Mine needs to be blue; something so symmetrical feels like it ought to be able to be white.

There was a word missing. Oops!

I played with her. She is very strong.

I'm not surprised. Looking at Font of Mythos she perhaps ought to be a bit more expensive, in fact.

Yeah, I'm going to up her cost to {2}{g}{w}.

{1}{g}{w} --> {2}{g}{w}

I gave Jon a bunch of my custom cards and asked him to make a deck out of them. He made a self-mill deck with this and Kiora Atua. Immé was quite effective.

I reworded her ultimate.

Immé's fourth ability is now copied by The Chain Veil, albeit with a much more complicated wording to prevent abuse.

The Chain Veil actually doesn't prevent abuse. If you untap it and use it again, you get three Planeswalker abilities. I don't see why they didn't use this wording.

I guess there's lots of contention about it until we get an official ruling, but I've seen lots of people arguing over whether or not the wording of veil prevents an infinite combo or not.

There is an official ruling. Matt Tabak posted on Twitter: "From the upcoming M15 Release Notes: Each additional time The Chain Veil's last ability resolves will allow you to activate a loyalty ability of each planeswalker you control an additional time. For example, if you activate The Chain Veil's last ability, untap it, then activate it again, you can activate a loyalty ability of a planeswalker you control three times that turn." Good to know. There was a level 3 judge that claimed the opposite, and lots of people were listening.
