  It's notable that Wizards have been doing quite a bit more "when you gain life" triggers recently (and similar things like Path of Bravery or Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim). Zendikar vampires do it quite a lot, and casual products like Commander like it too: Karlov of the Ghost Council and Oloro, Ageless Ascetic.

  I like this. Reminds me a lot of Geist of Saint Traft, but with a great array of small tweaks that add up to a lovely design. I love how Prowess works with this.
