The reasoning is to have some fixing, but not as good or reliable as Evolving Wilds

What's wrong with it? Seems reasonably interesting - a 4/4 for 4 at common is worth having, but the opponent isn't going to mind letting it through too much, so it's more like a 2/4 with pseudo-evasion.

Chief of the Foundry / Master of Etherium as a noncreature. Seems fine. Plenty of precedent in things like Caged Sun etc - no need for the token if you don't want it. The name currently sounds more enchantment-y than artifact-y though.
