I agree on loving mutants.

A design very similar to this was almost printed in Origins, as far as I recall. I think it's best if it's uncommon. Additional abilities upon renown is complex for common.

I think I have it on my file as a 2B 2/3 Renown 1 with the regen

...but at that point we may just want a bulkier Undercity Troll
