Probably pretty strong, but not super nuts? It doesn't save your renown/cipher guy usually, but it gets through.
Big concern comes from Siv Katari, Rebel Technician and (((Azira and Ruza))) but I'm not sure how much we should worry about one or two cards in this regard.
Seems interesting. How nuts would this be at +2/+0?
A 2/3 would lose the symmetry which helps remember the stat change. I agree that I think this design is interesting, especially when you have other Justice cards to make it a 4/4 more often, but I can see why it's not that interesting - a 4/4 isn't a radical game ender.
I think this is just fine as-is.
Especially as it means you have to remember what the creature is rather than just 'setting it aside'. Agreed, CasualR.
Setting the power of your creature to something nonzero and gaining flying multiple times plays a lot differently than turning an opponents creature "off"
That's way too strong for a common when you get cards like Cliffside Lookout
How so? Reduce in Stature was a common with a very similar basic template.
"3g: Creatures you control get +2/+2 UEOT. Activate this ability only once per turn."?
Not at all! You should feel happy that you got the costs and abilities spot on :)
The big nod in favor of this one is that it is super constructed playable. This card seems to be in almost any deck that can reliably get to 6 mana. Not every deck can reach 8 mana for better or worse. I've really liked his this card has played. For constructed, aggro seems really strong. This is secretly an anti aggro card as well.
+3/+3? It'd be much more comparable to Rootwalla
