Inspired by the presence thereof in Battle for Zendikar. The {w}{b} and {g}{u} ones have already made an appearance, but don't let that stop you from creating your own implementations.

The two existing lands suggest a most likely cycle of rare lands will turn into really quite simple creatures, quite possibly just mid-size creatures with the newest set of acceptable enemy-colour shared keywords (GU hexproof, WB lifelink, BG deathtouch, WR first strike and now RU prowess [?]).

But I like designing fancier lands. Here are some somewhere between:

Sulphurslick Pools
Shedding Marsh
ETA: Solid Thunderheads

Shambling Vent 2. Not really a different design, but I wanted to play with a different way of templating it... I think I tried this before but I can't remember where...

Looter's Cliffs a man-land built around the bonus ability.

Sandcat Nest again combining a few previous ideas.

Burning Desert, looking for man-land tribal...

Living Dunes using awaken technology...

Starlit Abyss another variant that uses +1/+1 counters incrementally to represent awakeness.
