It can be a creature or tribal card, but doesn't have to be: Turn to Frog is an excellent example. Feel free to interpret the challenge loosely: I'm thinking of "nice cards with a slightly goofy flavour", but goofy non-aquatic creatures or non-goofy aquatic creatures are fine if you want.
Hmmm, I grabsy Selkie. And do horrible things with it, with Lurking Seal and Undertow Seal. Didn't go with the transformation aspect; instead went for punnery and "This is kinda more like a spell than a creature"
I decided to play around with remaking certain old cards as Frogs, hence (((Giant Tree Frog))) replacing Giant Spider and (((Poison Dart Frog))) for Deadly Recluse Not very original I know, but a bit of fun
Amphibian Assualt
Unleash the deadly power of frogs on your opponents with the Frog-themed Amphibian Assualt deck! With this blue-green deck, you will overwhelm your opponents with the onslaught of amphibians as you play both powerful creatures and disorienting tricks out of your hand. Giant Bullfrog and Anurid Scavenger are both powerful creatures that can deal large amounts of damage to your opponents over time and creatures like Spore Frog and Mistbind Toad have useful abilities that you can use to your advantage. Over the course of the game, your opponents' creatures will probably be more powerful than yours, but if you want you
can prevent them from playing their spells using Spellbind Toad, Mana Leak, or Cancel. If your opponent tries to destroy your creatures, Frogskin Cloak can protect them while making them stronger, and Ætherskin Toad, as the flavor text says, can shrug off spells like water, while putting cards into your graveyard for Anurid Scavenger to eat. When you have enough frogs to attack for the win, you can end the game using cards like Sleep, and Torrent of Frogs, or even Floodlord Amphibian's Island-making effect.
I was musing about the colours that amphibians appear in. Most frogs are green and/or blue; there's Morgue Toad in black which is somewhat unexciting. As my Challenge # 003 shows, I like thinking about creatures in unconventional colours, so I wondered: What would a red or white amphibian look like? So I created Submerging Salamander, and plan to create a white one later.

For myself, Plague of Frogs.

Nothing too interesting, but I've got Capybara, Cane Toad, and Otter's Stream.
I don't think Wizards has done a card with otters yet. Nothing came up on the Gatherer when I searched for it.
Added Grizzled Platypus, and will probably come back for another later.

Bwahahahaha! That's fantastic!
Added Giant Whiptongue.
