Yup! No problem!

Mmm. Makes sense.
So this is like Vitalize/Reset plus... a oneoff Paradox Haze. Untapping all your lands is traditionally fairly expensive, but putting it in a separate phase (so you can't carry mana over without jumping hoops) I guess deals with most of the problems.
I can't really see the point in this when Savor the Moment already exists.
Rakdos Cackler and Judge's Familiar somehow missed that piece of advice. It seems the difference between hybrid and mono-color is less and less nowadays.
But that's probably neither here or there. For a
, I'd expect to draw a card for this effect. You know, like in the spell To Arms!. To be honest, even if this card drew me a card, and To Arms! only untapped one creature, I'd still think To Arms! was the more powerful spell, hybrid or no hybrid.
I know red isn't normally supposed to be allowed to have this ability. But giving red an ability, then underpowering it... you'd think people would be happy just to have access to the shiny new thing. But really, that's how you get cards with low star rating.
It costs 2 b/c of being a hybrid card, which are usually costed slightly above the equivalent monocolor card.
Hmmm. It'll normally be the same as Regenerate or Withstand Death restricted to an attacking creature. But this behaves differently in a variety of circumstances. Since this will fog the attack I feel it could still be cheaper; cf Energy Arc.
Mmm. This does force players to keep track of something they aren't interested in keeping track of. Even if those players are your opponents.
Eeenteresting. Nice idea. I fear the execution might be a bit fiddly though; in, say, a five-player game, you're going to need five dice, each potentially showing different figures...
Maybe this could just be one-sided. At which point you can use charge counters like it wants to.
wotding
We don't see it often, but Curfew has done it before.
Oh, of course I wouldn't give actual edicts to blue. Just edict-style non-targetting effects. I'm still not entirely clear if allowing monoblue to get around hexproof cheaply is such a good idea (hence the sorcery speed).
If it only bounces, I assume it's fine. It's not actually killing anything, so it's in-color.
