Wanted a creature that was the only thing that could be targeted. Legendary b/c I'm not sure I like the idea of two of these being dumped on the battlefield.

It certainly feels cleaner than the Spellskite template, though I keep wanting to make it "Other creatures have shroud" (written in full, not with the actual keyword).
