Unprintable in its current incarnation, as you can use it to gain control of the creature that's blocking it. Tempted to make this a prowl-y Sower of Temptation instead, something like:
But I don't know how black either of this is. The second option is also a bit ambiguous when it comes to having more than one opponent.
This is equivalent to Skulltap and outclassed by Altar's Reap. In this case, it's warranted, as sorcery is much more interesting than instant. I could make this green for the hell of it, though unlike the color-shift of (((Gamete Meiosis))) from Fecundity, it feels like a change for the sake of change.
3B -> B, Each creature -> Target creature
He was originally a 1/1 with "whenever a permanent you control untaps, ~ gets +1/+1 until end of turn". I was so proud of myself until I realized it was the same ability on Wake Thrasher. Sucks.
The P/T should be a development issue. I kinda don't want him to have the same stats as Kerrigan.
Thanks for that. My obvious inexperience from not playing any SC2 other than the campaign is starting to become obvious, haha. I was thinking of making this a simple non-indestructible Darksteel Citadel, for SCV synergy. It doesn't need to tap for
or
since with a lot of artifacts, Terran won't be hard pressed for color fixing.
Previous version: ~ enters the battlefield tapped. //
: Add
or
to your mana pool. //
,
, Sacrifice ~: Draw a card.
As an aside, have you seen that most 2CMC "mana stones" are equivalent to lands? I think a Mind Stone land wouldn't be broken at rare.
The cycling-from-play ability feels a lot more appropriate on Bunker than this. Bunkers can salvage in-game, supply depots can't.
(Also I fear this may be rather strong by paper-Magic standards. I note how terrifyingly nerfed Horizon Canopy was. It's a pity, because cycling-from-play is a great ability to have on a land, but that's probably why. See also Mind Stone.)
I think this would feel more mythic at 3/3 for 3. The ability's certainly reasonable and useful, but far from overpowering, so it seems there's room to make him a bit beefier.
card temporarily made inactive until replacement ability found. Bramblesnap given to Dropship.

Alex: I actually used the elemental harbingers as a template for the text. In the set, it's quite funny to use this and be hit by a (((Sensor Array))) right after. I know it's balanced in this set, but I'd also prefer to let its power level stand in the broader Magic context. Would Wizards print something like this, given what they know about Vintage or the Legacy environment?
Vitenka: I know,
would be the perfect cost for this, but I really can't increase it because it has to be parallel with (((Probe))) and Drone, the workers of the other two races.
"Blinking Humans. Get off my space-lawn."
You still need to draw the artifacts; after all. Potentially hilariously-awesome with clash; mind you.
This seems printable to me. If you're really worried; upcost it by one. That I'd probably still run it at that cost suggests it'd be fine there.
Reminds me of Flamekin Harbinger. So theoretically not necessarily broken if the artifacts in the "format" are carefully controlled.
Who'll be doing the blinking? I thought it was Protoss who'd be blinking in this set, so that doesn't sound like a problem as long as it stays in your controlled environment.
patrik123: The "sacrifice another creature" is certainly flavorful, though the low casting cost and inflexibility of the design would make it a poor late-game creature. And as mentioned in one of the comments here, card flexibility is very important when working with design space as tight as a duel deck. :)
2, gets +2/+2 -> 1, gets +1/+1
