Yeah, I couldn't think of a good flavor. The thought with this was supposed to be money laundering, hence the cost reduction/increase part of the mechanic
The player that can play the card from exile isn't always the same. Some cards (like this one) only let the owner play the card, but others (like Specter of Doubt) let you steal the exiled card
I feel this would work better as a keyword action.
> its controller launders the top card of their library (They exile it and may play it until the end of their next turn etc.)
I'm not entirely sold on the connection between mechanics and creative for the mechanic.

It's probably safe to get rid of rule 208.3, right?
I always felt Flagbearer should have been a keyword mechanic referencing itself rather than a block of rules text referencing a creature type.
Not a replacement effect
None of these seem to replace the counter being put on, so is the "would put" in the first line meant to just be "puts"?

Yeah, you can't actually play the cards you exile with cascade. I guess I could change the last sentence to clarify "play from exile." But the Yidris command has gotta have cascade!
Very cool!
I've not seen "Exile target permanent. You may play it" before, but it's a natural extension of Hostage Taker or Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor in colours that can do it (like BG).
I fear the cascade option doesn't actually interact with the last ability the way the other three do, but people will expect it does. Unless you're intending this to be a modified cascade that keeps the cards exiled for a whole turn cycle?
