This one was a bit of a stretch, but it's a removal spell that then cares about cards in graveyard. You kill something to ensure getting another counter on the creature
All of the adventures in this cycle are named after actual D&D spells
The halves of this aren't all that well connected thematically. The instant isn't even an Adventure.
Outside of that this is just off-color Adventures - nothing particularly synergistic about the halves either, though this works nicely with Acolyte of Hiatea's green Adventure, so maybe that's what you are going for?

Yeah, I couldn't think of a good flavor. The thought with this was supposed to be money laundering, hence the cost reduction/increase part of the mechanic
The player that can play the card from exile isn't always the same. Some cards (like this one) only let the owner play the card, but others (like Specter of Doubt) let you steal the exiled card
I feel this would work better as a keyword action.

I'm not entirely sold on the connection between mechanics and creative for the mechanic.
