Inquisitors have a log history of not being red - even for Phyrexians.
Obviously this also moves toxic into different colors than it was introduced in.
Meant to say: this Krenko was compleated by Norn's faction, which is why he makes Mite tokens. I could've signaled that by adding
to the ability cost, and the original Krenko should've had a mana gate anyway, but didn't want to distract from the parallel
I think that colored mana is really important to communicate that aspect. That's why they use it on Heliod.
