There are way too many riders on this. Nontoken, green, and Elf? Reminds me of each rider on Crawling Sensation, which gets worse and more disappointing the more you read it. I'd say remove either green (since most Elves are Green anyway) or nontoken. The powerlevel of the set should be fine as long as you don't make a gazillion elf tokenmakers so that controlling a token is trivial.
First one can't work, since you can't have mana then. If you're doing devotion to green, I don't think also needing a green creature adds much, but that definitely helps tone down the power level.
Hm... I agree with Vitenka, needs more rules to stay uncommon, it could be a rare, but seems like a bit of a waste to me \o/
Do you think this would work? :
At the beginning of your upkeep if you control another green creature, and have more than 3 mana in your mana pool, you may draw a card.
Or how about:
At the beginning of your upkeep if you control another green creature, and your devotion to green is at least 4, then you may draw a card
Yeah; this is basically "Draw a card every turn" which is pretty strong. Might be safer if it required something a bit trickier to turn on (a green creature of 4+ power, or 4+ creatures, or something like that?) But there's nothing wrong as-such with it being strong.
This looks much better. In-color ability and the mechanics very well feel like the Shaman is providing (a card) for its people (the other green creature), so it's thematically sound.
I have a hard time pinpointing how much this effect should cost, but for an initial design this is pretty good. I suspect the repeated card draw mkes this more of rare material.
Green does have card draw, but its traditionally tied to having creatures. Effects like "When a creature enters the battlefield, draw a card" or "Draw a card for each creature card in your graveyard" for example.
Oh, and also the Ohran Viper ability. Is that still a thing? I think that's still a thing.
Edit: Oh yeah, Sixth Sense. Guess it's still a thing.
good enough logic for me, thanks!!

oh and :D <3
maybe. This deck has very weak arch types tbh
but yeah i like it in an elf deck so will be that.
Not a huge amount of difference from 'another creature' for those decks that can use it; but does constrain it to certain decks.
Is this set going to want a "Build an elf deck, dummy!" hint-card? Because that card would be a very strong hint :)
okay if you control another Elf?
What about going back to a tribal variant? This used to care about Elves.
Noting that this already provides 2 of that devotion; it kinda boils down to almost the same thing.

thanks :D i try for flavor wins :D

Flavour is great.

This seems like a blue effect, and an overpriced one at that.
