Added graveyard. I probably meant to include graveyard in the first place given the flavor.
Ah, yes, that makes more sense. Standard templating would be "Whenever ~ becomes attached to a creature" - compare with Bramble Elemental.
Also the move ability should probably target? "that player may attach ~ to target creature of his or her choice"?

"Until end of turn"? On an Aura? What?
Exiled creatures you own vs. creatures you own in exile? I want this to work with (((Plaguewing Efreet))). Is it control instead of own? Would this work with the proposed Warning mechanic and Path to Exile?

I was lazy and didn't want to go and copypaste the reminder text after.
I suggest the way to do ability words is to have the mechanic "name" be something like "blank target creature." (including the final dot), and then have the reminder text be a separate sentence like "Until end of turn, that creature loses all abilities."
I like this kind of ability - one of the first cards on Multiverse was Mindblanker. It's pretty potent to have it as a draw trigger, but I guess it does normally only neuter a creature on your turns. Plus it turns Brainstorm into an awesome combat trick, which is always fun.
previous ability was too similar to Desperate Defender. Gave vigilance and different effect when it becomes equipped, enchanted, or implanted.
You win the game with Memnarch alone, but are there any competitive formats where it'd become a problem?
Eeep. Even if X is 1 there's a whole host of horrifyingly scary things this could enable.
