  I vote for Smallpox. Infest, like Hinder, is too proactive; Incremental Blight uses -1/-1 counters, but you already have other counters; and Pestilence may be too powerful.

  Same situation as (((Blue Power Uncommon))). Choices in black include Pestilence, Infest, Smallpox or Incremental Blight. Anyone got a favorite?

  I think Exhaustion is the best choice. I dislike Flood's design, Hinder sounds too proactive, and Dismal Failure seems a bit extreme. Deluge is okay, but depends on what else is in blue.

  Taking a cue from Arrest, I'm putting together a cycle of 5 utilitarian uncommon reprints that do a good a good job of showing either the hardship of starting a colony, the threat of the natives, or disaster from unexpected weather. In blue, so far, I have to choose between Exhaustion, Deluge, Hinder, Flood and Dismal Failure. Anyone have a personal favorite?

  Right, right. Switched the word order. I'm still iffy on whether I want to include the word 'ion', though. I know... it's unlikely there will ever be more than one different colored counter... if another block was to fly that flag, then they'd probably just use ion counters again. I'll probably switch it over... but for right now I'm just going to let it sit, since that's a lot of cards I have to edit.

  I do keep wondering if these cards should say "with an ion counter of the colour of your choice". Otherwise it makes me do a double-take and say "it's coloured, but what colour is it?"

  I think that second ability should read "Creatures that share a color with an ion counter on ~ must block it if able."
