Ah yep you're right, that's some old ideas :p I could see maybe one or two in red, as it kind of feels like an aggressive mechanic to me, but we can just cut the black stuff.
I'm not a big fan of how variable the power level is here, and I don't like that it probably works best when you don't have many lands in your deck, when that's ultimately what Discovery wants you to do.
Could do, I reckon, with something more to it for a rare. Trample perhaps?
Shouldn't this just be a lizard not lizardfolk, like how leonin are just cats and rhox are just rhinos.
An older card design, I kind of feel this might be a better fit for green than "Level Playing Field" as I'd rather have a creature do this than an enchantment.

Take from the forum. Made it cost a bit more and the land enter tapped, this feels like its just restricting what the card's doing though so maybe we can remove one of those?
