Recommend making the creature a 1/2 and the basic landcycling ability {2} {b} . The basic landcycling part is currently VERY powerful.

Yeah wasnt really thinking about the fact it replaces itself as well as giving deathtouch so unlike other {b} spells that give deathtouch it wouldn't be that bad for the caster.
