Removed Unbound, replaced with cycling

Cycling seems OP on this one. I recommend costing at {2}{b}. Also the may clause seems redundant.

Made the cycling color specific, removed the may clause

Fits the flavor of Xibal nicely.

Fixed "lose" to "loses".

Is the cycling undercosted on this one? I usually dont value effects like this very highly so I'm not too sure.

I can see making it more color restrictive by changing it to {b}{b}.

Changed cycling to cost {b}{b} from {1}{b}

The cycling cost seems to entirely ignore that you get a cantrip with your life swing.

Suggestion: Swapping mana cost and cycling cost.

target opponent => each opponent? Seems neater.

Not sure, makes it more powerful for the cost I guess. But man, it's generally not a good idea to substantively edit other people's designs in the file without at least a little discussion first.

This was the other case I saw yesterday in which a functional change was made to a card that someone else designed without consensus or discussion, though the change was noted in the edit.
