I think it has potential for things slightly more broken than Body Double, Dimir Doppelganger etc permitted. Because this can potentially get a bunch of, say, activated abilities from one permanent to resolve while the source is a different non-creature permanent. Dimir Doppelganger could fire off five Arc-Slogger activations and become a Glistener Elf in response (so by the time they resolved the source had infect); this can do that kind of thing with noncreature cards.

I think it's more "enables funky tricks that haven't been possible before" than "broken".

Random Generator gave me Myr Welder and Truth or Tale. Oddly, this plays into the 'likes instants' theme in blue, even if it isn't apparent at first blush. It seems... breakable... like I should put it in Challenge # 052 instead of here. But it isn't any worse than Body Double right? Body Double is fair, right?

Wow, that's pretty wacky. Kinda like a very expensive Burden of Guilt that gains you a little life. But has a variety of other less frequent uses. A bit expensive to use with Searing Meditation, but not bad with Punishing Fire.

Random Generator gave me Lignify and Iron Star. Man, I need to start factoring in that 'lifegain matters' is a theme in this set. Kind of a wedge in W, G, B I suppose. I know Gladhanding Genie is happy to see something reasonable pair up with it, at least.

Changed the {1} {g} Activation to just 'Deathtouch'. Still had the tiny text, so I had to pull the flavor text. It was:

While I wanted a blue common instant, or instant enabler, Random Generator gave me River Boa and Sand Golem, and I couldn't see a way through that, so I just made this instead.

The River Boa part, beyond the activation cost and the 2/1 part, is intended to say "River Boa really made Blue Wizards mad. Sand Golem is meant to make Black Wizards mad. Let's make a River Boa that really made Black Wizards scream", though, it's probably even meaner to red. I also figured that deathtouch was a better match for this then regen, since it already has a return from graveyard mode, and deathtouch says "Even if you kill me the right way, through creature combat, I'm going to drag you down with me anyway."

Just wish that second ability didn't require so many damn words. Maybe I should just get rid of the activation, but keep deathtouch. Less mashup-y, but cleaner card. The usual argument with myself.
