You think? You might be right, but I wouldn't think so: you have to spend all your mana just keeping your creatures around, and you can't do any blocking ever. It's a bit of an oddity colour-pie-wise, though, because it functions rather like Ghostly Prison.
Created with Soulgate Demon while brainstorming for Challenge # 009; however, they don't really oppose each other, they just work well together.
This is probably too good.
It was originally "at the beginning of each upkeep" "until end of turn." As it is now, it has a whole turn of weakness before it becomes Emrakul or whoever. I assume it needs a rather high cost to be fair, if that's even possible.
Revealing your hand is no problem if you are using this guy, because everyone would already see what you're up to. Definitely undercosted.
Also, I think that window where it's 1/1 is a bit unnecessary. Just because of the weird wording.
I didn't think so, but something about it seemed familiar. Probably I was thinking of Dissipation Field. I'm glad you made the comparison to Niv-Mizzet, because it's quite right. He's missing the flying, allowing him to be a 5/5, so hopefully I've costed him appropriately. I purposefully didn't give the creature haste or untap it, which makes the ability slightly less good. Slightly.
No, I don't think so. Dissipation Field (the blue version of No Mercy/Dread/Aurification) is the closest that's happened, and this is a lot more powerful.
He reminds me rather of Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind. A legendary creature with cost 2UURR, a triggered ability, and an activated ability that can trigger that ability.
Very interesting combination of effects, anyway. Good card.
I like it. The meaning is very clear, like many flip cards that are fiddly within the rules. The only rules problem is that they don't currently define what happens to a flip card on the stack, but it wouldn't be hard to enhance them so they do.
Probably works more simply "If this would be countered, instead deal 2 damage to that creature" but a flip is kinda cool.
Pretty sure this doesn't work under the current rules, but I think it's a cool concept.
Does this ability exist already?
Green cards in a cycle so often end up with trample...
Changed when the ability triggers and falls off.
Yes, I think the effect is powerful and splashy enough to be suitable for mythic.
Do you think it deserves to be Mythic?
Hmm... He can only slow down one creature at a time. The irritating thing is the land-bounce, and the way that once he's got at least one thing of mine being juggled, I'm never increasing my land count beyond its current level. If I cast one creature a turn, all-but-one of them will get there with on average only one turn's delay. It's the land balance that might get too annoying. But then, if I'd be too hamstrung by the land bounce, I don't have to cast any creatures...
It's fairly strong, and undeniably a griefer card, but I think it's probably not too evil to print.
Changed name.
This card may be too evil.
Not actively, but that's a cute combo. I started by wondering what white would do while enchanting something in exile.
Looking for ways to make Serum Powder viable at last?
Do you think it could be cheaper?
Of course, Erayo's Essence would more more annoying to cast consistently, though at

or suspended at least it's not gamebreaking. I guess.
Wow. That's a funky and weird card.
