  That is correct.

  I don't believe there is a check that looks for either difference. All current look for one or the other. I don't think mechanically or mathematically it is a problem as you can't put negative counters of type on an object (ignoring -1/-1 counters). Since there is literally no other text on the mythic card I don't think it is as big of a problem as it could be.

  It sounds like, if my life total is 10 or 30 this will enter with 10 counters, is that correct? Have there been been any card before that care about a difference like that?

  Should probably say "other" but it might be interesting (but unintuative to new players) if it can be used as a reusable bounce spell for control decks.

  World building question. What does our consulate think think of Leviathans? Are they harnessed? Are they hunted?

  Pretty sure this is super dumb without the pay 1 clause.

  The life loss helps actually end the game and make the card feel black

  of the two clauses the life loss is the more important I suppose.
