Yeh thinking we need a Skywhale leviathan, though maybe as our mythic?

Also I need a mono blue "Flying Matters" card somewhere, but the whale probably isn't the right spot.

Should probably say "other" but it might be interesting (but unintuative to new players) if it can be used as a reusable bounce spell for control decks.

World building question. What does our consulate think think of Leviathans? Are they harnessed? Are they hunted?
