Most sets have a 3-mana Naturalize. This is a much nicer sweetening rider than Appetite for the Unnatural. If you need it in Limited, you're happy to pay whatever for it, even 4 mana. If you need it in Constructed, some set somewhere nearby will have a 1- or 2-mana variant so they'll use that. And actually I could see this being used in a basic-ramp Constructed deck if there's a deck based on artifacts or enchantments, because a cantrip is a very nice reward.
That might be better, but the existing attribution didn't really bother me: I assume some people know that planar travel exists without being planeswalkers, and on some planes it's more common than others.
Like, in this world, we don't know about alternate worlds, but we clearly know there SHOULD be zeppellins but they're absent because of some historical abberation :)
I think you have to ignore Vitenka here. Every set for decades has had plenty of common cards that do not have a mechanic from the set, and that's actually vital to keeping complexity at common down.
Attribute this flavour text to a native planeswalker rather than some random elf, and you're fine.
This... is quite format-defining. Ulamog's Crusher was at common and deliberately format-warping, in order to really drive home the hugeness of the Eldrazi. This will accomplish something similar. I assume that's the intent.
This would certainly get a red flag for complexity at common, even factoring in that ability word comprehension means you can ignore the "As long as you control seven or more basic lands" clause.
Yeah, I'm with Gusto here. Mind Rot doesn't say "Target player discards two cards, of their choice. If they only have one card, that card is discarded. If they have no cards in hand, spell has no effect." It maybe used to say that kind of thing back in Alpha ;) but we've had proper templating for a looong time now, and "If you can't do it all, do as much as you can" is a standard assumption in MtG as in many/most other games.
Nice; naturalise certainly wants to exist here, flavour is great - not sure I like primeval as the boost here, it feels like it won't become relevant often enough. Which may make the card feel bad - I'd rather be playing a plain Naturalize and get the discount.
BigMcLargeHuge Giant Growth. Makes sense. And very interesting - out of set it's usually a bad thing (making this cheapness sane); in set, it wants to be a good thing (and in set the creatures are bigger, so the cose is already sane).
Of course - right now - it's mainly a way to turn on your other hate; but.
Exactly. This is a card that isn't one of your mechanics; and isn't massively in flavour for the world either. Why not replace it with something that is?

Yeah, this is fine. This is a natural tweak on Refresh or Reknit.
Name, I'm afraid, is taken by Primal Growth. Which is a pity as it fits very well for this text box.

Yeah, at a normal font size the text is about the length of the whole card, without room for art :)
Pretty picture, even if the name conjures up supertwins :)
Huh. I think I'd play far too many of these and regret not having enough cards. Nicely placed.
Needs a better name though.
Probably safe to take out the "don't control" line.
I'm surprised you didn't put more +1 counters in ther set already, really; if you want to focus on vanilla. It's a good way around it.
Ooooh. A three-drop mana-ramp that can, in the right circumstance, actually eclipse Kodama's Reach.
Which mens it's probably too good. Sadly. Even if when it misses it's only one land.
I like it, I like the flavour of it... but yow.

I'm in the process of updating the skeleton and counting cards, so this probably will change slightly.
If you use 2 CMC just for a card draw you wasted your Mana. Cantrips need to do more than just draw a card.
Well, haste fits some Dinosaurs, and Red might want to go for it, especially if you take a focus on tokens with Red as a splash.
The menaing is clear; and.. huh, yes, you can regenerate a land.
This will draw the card even if the target doesn't need regenerating - but meh, it only lets you cycle this so maybe that isn't a problem.
Wait, how did they debate if they... Never mind.

Love the idea of dinosaurs that nommed on dragons until they went extinct.
This is quite a P/T stretch for common though.
Huh, Psychic Venom went red. Makes sense.

Possibly a planeswalker ;)
Maybe a bit too complicated for Common
