Design a card with a converted mana cost of 12 or more.
I figured we'd go with something simple for 102... but I'm not one for making things easy, either. 12+ casting cost can be very tricky to design for, because, by all rights, the game should be over by the time you drop something this large on the table. Your job is to try to find the sweet spot that Elderazi took up: Monumental, but not unfair.
I made Shifting Calendar and forgot to link it here. I also made End of Days. I can't say I'm that pleased with either of them, really. I'll be coming back to this challenge.

Ah, heh, that means that Omnipotence Charm is disqualified :P Nice challenge. I'll see what I can come up with.
