Interesting way to do a board wipe. I like it.
Biding Time Maybe I should've used X in the benefit of the card over how I worded it, but I kept it out of the cost by using cumulative upkeep.
See Challenge # 113.
Oh, I love the concept. I think X is evergreen and multikicker isn't, but I'm not sure that's actually the right way round, I wonder if for many people multikicker would be easier to understand.
Oops! Thank you. Something that scales with the creature, so probably toughness (unless for black it should be power?)
Assemble the Clone Army, circumventing the "no X" rule in a rather cheaty way.
Created for Challenge # 113.
This is really just a sorcery costing

. I think the only differences are Rumbling Aftershocks and Ertai's Trickery. But I wouldn't have been surprised to see something like this in Worldwake, given Everflowing Chalice should really be templated like Astral Cornucopia.
What's X?
Proactive Necromancy
See Challenge # 113.
I was playing with other ways of "increasing" the cost other than X-mana. Alas, this doesn't quite work, because "As an additional cost to cast ~, " could be removed and it would have the same effect.
Thank you! But hoo boy, I'm running out of synonyms for "Wrath of God" :)
Hee! Very nice! Yes, as your need grows so does the card's cost but also its power.
Mass Cleansing
See Challenge # 113.
Link created Voracious Sapling. Skirting the "cost can't include X" rule somewhat, but interesting.
I created Serra Aspirant. It's like eight cards in one! I'm quite pleased with how close to sensibly powered almost all eight options are.
Created for Challenge # 113. Using technology from Anavolver and friends to achieve something a bit like Figure of Destiny. Except it's actually reminiscent also of Blast from the Past...
Oops. :-)
"If X is X or greater..." Yeah, I'm pretty sure it is.
See Challenge # 113.
Cards that include CMC in the effect are fine. my Legends of Elder Telengor would def qualify (in fact it was the inspiration XD)
Like the C13 commanders.
Oooh. Eenteresting.
Cascade is the poster child for this kind of scaling, but I'm sure we can come up with other takes on it. Not sure if any of them can avoid mentioning "converted mana cost" in the rules text though.
completely changed
