It's kind of an interesting pair of abilities: Get smaller, and get persist. Keeps the 'helps a different colour' part, as well as, well, pretty much the whole of both cards..
Not happy with this one.

I thought 'dying if hit' would suit well the black part of Durell's tripartite nature, letting me put the other two parts on a body that would be undercosted without that disadvantage.
Um, really needs the costs increasing given how game breaking that would be on cards with sacrifice costs. But you get the idea.
Wheeeeee!! Horseshoe Crabs!!!!!
Yeah. Maybe I ought to just have it be an ETB ability instead - so every cretaure comes into play as a cascade of smaller versions. Still kinda too good though.
Hmm, doesn't require it to be an untapped land, but is harder to remove than the shaman. Pretty much spot on cost, then, surprisingly.
Similar - this replaces all damage to creatures with -0/-1 tokens, I guess.
Kinda like Everlasting Torment.
Yowsers. Rather good with anything that ETBs with +1/+1 counters. ...No, wait, it doesn't make a copy, just a vanilla token. OK, good with things like Bramblewood Paragon. Especially good with that and any global haste-giver.
