I think having to sacc another goblin is enough of a disadvantage to make up for being a 2/1 first striker for {r}.

You probably don't need the "if you don't" line, as it'll happily kill itself unless Shenanigans are afoot. It's reminiscent of Knight of the Mists like that. I think the cost is fine.

I think it'd be better without the twiddle. You're allowed to discard some elements of a card when making mashups, and this is a nice coherent entity apart from the twiddle.
