It's kinda unusual to have a wall without defender (that hasn't been explicitly animated by some other card) - but the (modern) rules support it just fine.

I suggest you make this a sorcery. The instant pump isn't that relevant, but players not knowing up to what point evasion works is.

Indeed, I think this cost is fine given Living Terrain and Awakener Druid.
