This guy seems unbelievably unfair once it sticks around for even a single activation.

Well, it's like Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, but not quite as universal. I might say 3 mana rather than 2, but it doesn't seem broken.

Went to 3 mana to be safe. I think alone the card is not too disruptive, but in multiples it might be a problem. At least it's pretty dead late game. Reduced power to 0 too.

I don't see it as zero. I wonder why.

Reverted back because while testing this card was a bit underpowered.

Not that it will really help the card, but there's no reason to not give him a pleasant p/t.

and unlike the grand arbiter this either increases or reduces the cost for ALL players which balances him out a bit as your opponents can get the benefits depending on the deck they are playing. Burn and Control decks will love this guy

What's that? spells cost {1} less this turn? take a cheapened burn spell to the face. OR Cheaper? cool this Cancel is now a Counterspell and my Mana Leak is now a bargain at {u}.

It has its up for the controller as well. Opponent tapped out ? well I'll make spells cheaper then and go to town.

Yeah, this design is growing on me. I like it. It's like Mistform Warchief always wanted to be.
