Uncommon is the right rarity for this. The comparison with Seasoned Marshal shows you're getting +1/+1 and flying for 1 mana, but that's probably okay.
repeatable Tome Scour on a 1/1 Wizard body. Much like its inspiration it costs and a card from your hand each time you activate it. Good for mid to late game if you have a land flood or draw your cheap creatures that will have no effective impact on the game.
Also will work well with Gravecast cards that appear in later sets. Endless Legion is kind of a Gravecast preview and I may update it to have the mechanic once I'm happy that it works properly.

I rather like this. It may be a shade undercosted ( seems usual for a vanilla 2/3, and this has a decent ability), but only playtesting would show that.
Nice call, thanks for all the helpful advice
Cute little card :) But a bit inferior to Nip Gwyllion.

Indeed. Similarly on Rabble Rouser. For reference, see how it's phrased on cards like Patron of the Orochi and Wishmonger.
There's a card with the name Rabble-Rouser. Which is not quite the same thing as "Rabble Rouser", but still too close to print.
Strictly inferior to Serra Zealot, Tundra Wolves and Boros Recruit. But still printable.
For technical reasons, this needs to read "Put any creature cards revealed on the bottom of that library, and..."
Rather nice, though.

I think you can be more aggressive here as well; consider Cage of Hands.
You also absolutely must return the card to its owner's hand. They can be different.
I've a bit of a soft-spot for these, as I'm planning something similar in Arcunda - lands which Chargeup 2 for double mana.
Yours are stronger (they have the colourless option too), but it's not clear to me which would be the correct power level.
