Strictly inferior to Serra Zealot, Tundra Wolves and Boros Recruit. But still printable.

Yeah it is inferior, and that was intentional. Power level in this set (as 1st set of block) is deliberately a little low, especially at common.

I just want to comment that while it is okay if the power level isn't too high, Serra Zealot and the rest are not really good cards at all.
