+1/+1 > +1/+0. The extra point of toughness hardly matters at that point.
A cheaper Acolyte of the Inferno. Slightly different Borderland Marauder. A more focused Ashmouth Hound (note the slightly different, yet very relevant wording for the blocked clause). Hopefully a strong pick for aggro decks, but not as good as it seems due to all of the X/3s running around.
That kind of implies something being countered or bounced back. I thought about "Ambush", though "if it was ambushed" implies something else entirely.
"If reflected"?
Yeah, I debated whether or not I should tie the bounce to the "not your turn" or the "reflex cost" clause. I went with the former mostly because it uses less words, but it does create a somewhat-corner-case in which you can't use this aggressively during your turn. I saw that as a potential "limit" to the flexibility of this card, as a 3/3 + bounce a creature with flash seems pretty strong at 6 mana already. If I can find a word that works as elegantly as kicker/kicked, I'll probably change this to tie to the reflex cost.
Well, it'd be "If ~ was cast for it's reflex cost". Other names include react or response... but as you said, it's pretty bland in general. I wanted something a little more expensive, but obviously I don't feel like tacking
onto each reflex cost, so the reflex cost remains at

. Your suggestion is probably a better direction to go if I were to change it to

/

, though it wanders a bit too similar to Emperor's Judgment again... I think I'll keep it as is for now, but I'll see if I can find a better word to replace Reflex.
Forgot the {+}
The bounce clause is rather awkward. I could imagine someone automatically mapping that bounce to reflex in their head, so that they might in the heat of the moment think they would be able to clear a blocker out by casting this with reflex on their turn, only to 'herp derp'.
This too relates to that 'reflexing/reflexed' I mention on Strike Down.
I have to say I really like this card. +1 from me.
While in actuality the difference between five and six mana is a lot, IMO it looks quite weird to have these mana costs be so close to each other.
Also, it would feel better if the "can't gain life" would be attached to being cast with reflex. Wording it here would be troublesome... with kicker or such, you could say "If ~ was kicked, ..." Maybe there would be a fitting name for this mechanic that would alloy such language? I mean, 'reflex' is pretty bland as far as names go... though the mechanic is pretty bland as well so maybe they go hand-in-hand.
Should have "{+}" on the front of that second ability?
Might be a little strong at 6 mana for a common, but since it's a little worse than a flash Man-o'-War, maybe it's okay?
Sorcery speed Plummet. Even the sideboard removal is weaker!

->
. P/T remains the same so sometimes its a better Elvish Visionary. Depending on how hard Spirits are to draft and how hard I push Spirit Tribal, it may go down to a 1/1.
On t'other hand; the cards giving those bolt-ons are exiled and so sat under it, it should be easy enough to count.
Pretty iffy on this design, since duplicate {+} abilities like double Flying or double Vigilance might not be kept track of.
I'll be using Devil as lesser demons, since it feels weird to have tiny non-black Demon type creatures.
