Sorcery speed Plummet. Even the sideboard removal is weaker!

Now kills two (tiny) birds with one card. Might be too swingy for a common.

Bring Down is now Target Practice. Filling the same role.

Adding random +1/+1 counter riders may prove to backfire, but I like the fact that it advances board a little.
