I have to say I like neither of the current common enchantment DFCs in Blue. They are just too complex and loaded with abilities, triggered and activated, on top of being an enchantment creature DFC. That's just way too much for a common card
Good ideas, I'm on board with that. But please, if you edit somebody else's card, write exactly what you did. The last edit was what exactly?
Let's keep in mind that this is a common, though. It doesn't need to have lots of different abilities and synergy with itself to be viable, that should be left for higher rarities.
Added prowess to 2nd side.

I think this would be more appropriate in this slot, one of them promotes the enchantment theme in other colors which we're currently against. The other just seems underpowered.
That part does feel unnecessary on this. It works better for the "ascend into a spirit" sort of thing, which I did do on Unsung Hero.

. If we are going to give a side prowess it should be the second, give more insensitive to flip rather than not wanting to because you lose prowess.
I don't know if I like the exiling the returning transformed. I mean I get it but at the same time it seems a bit off that its the only DFC that transforms that way atm. Aside from that the card seems fine.
Changed from sorcery to instant, made Cycling cost less color restrictive.

I would also like to keep this but maybe make it into a cycle. Currently common is pretty full of DFC and there isn't loads of room there so we could increase the power level and move it to uncommon for now maybe?
I kind of like the idea but don't know exactly how powerful or useless it is. Possible changes to make it stronger; change it from sorcery to instant, change the cycling cost from

This card is competing with the space with Yaados Militant, which is part of the basic landcycling cycle. It also does something somewhat similar to what Yaados Militant does as far as cycling for haste until end of turn. I'd prefer not to disrupt the cycle. But there is open space for a 3 CMC red creature, so maybe it could be tweaked to fit that. Or maybe it could be an uncommon (make the cycling cost
, change the P/T to 3/1, and maybe make it add +3/+1 until end of turn, which makes it all symmetrical?).
Now it seems like this should be a common but there's no space for it. Maybe the idea should be scrapped?
