It also doesn't get you the 2/2 if the enchanted creature gets bounced or exiled. Bestow's transformation happens any time the enchanted creature leaves the battlefield in any way.
Still looks fine to me though. Reminiscent of Griffin Guide.

On the stack
is equal to the chosen value, only everywhere else it is zero. So, this doesn't "hate X spells".

Random is the correct template
Are the cards put on the bottom of your deck in a random or any order? I suggest random.

Well, that's extremely puerile imagery. But yeah, mechanically, this probably should be a 1/1 Or cost a bit more.
A one-mana 2/4?
There will eventually be a Phoenix design at rare/mythic that will use DFC techn to mirror Rekindling Phoenix, because that's just so evocative.
This might just be the blueprint for it creeping up through the rarities. :)
Might need
added to cost?
Changed to creature or player.
Changed name.

A more direct approach to the ability on main side of Burning Stakes. A red Unbound-enabled direct damage card, basically. I was thinking "creature or player", but I'm not sure how that would stack up with Orcish Artillery and all.
I think Explore would enhance the land matters thing, while also furthering the ends of the cycling and exploration thing.
It also occured to me strongly that we need black's end of cycling to have some graveyard matters, so I could see undergrowth.
A mechanic like what you suggest would probably work good for
/
- instants and sorceries costing less based on you cycling cards. More in
/
's domain, on big instant/sorceries. Which enhances that archetype as well. It's not a bad idea with the "or discarded" added.
Convoke works well with Unbound.
Yea, I like Fatal Smite and wonder about other possible similar designs.
That's kind of cool! I don't remember this card. Somewhat strange to me to think about the balance for a creature to deal damage to players when it attacks, as far as the 2nd side. But it might work. I also wonder if something more interesting or synergistic could function as the transform condition.
This one is simply OP indeed. Repeatable affordable creature destruction on a land, at uncommon?
Kind of cool that it's a Unbound-enabled card and DFC in one.
At face value it appears a little bit pushed, but then it seems like DFC enables one to get away with things that otherwise would be pushed going by some of the DFC cards they've been printing. And this is a green card.
name: "Elder" >> "Hopeful"; "Wanderer" >> "Realized"
