This sort of does something similar to Emori Wanderer, but more powerfully. It also threatens to completely displace Explorative Impulse if we were to make it an uncommon as you suggest. As there is only space for one uncommon and one rare in each multicolor combination. With World as Will in the mix, we kind of have three different cards competing for the same slot now.

Having more cards for the same slot is good for later. However, not liking this Bloodbraid Elf variant, sorry. I think {g} should stick with its other way of ramp search than this cascade effect, which is more {u} now anyway.

Well, obviously Explorative Impulse and this can't be in the same slot, but I'm happy with either in the uncommon slot: Options.

Are the cards put on the bottom of your deck in a random or any order? I suggest random.

Random is the correct template
