First ability: Meh. Reminds me of my Yavanna Kementári's [+1] but much more restrictive in its usage (temporal Lignify).
Second ability: That looks a bit irksome to keep track of. Something like "Put two +1/+1 counter on target creature. It gains trample and lifelink until end of turn" would be better IMO. Noncreature tokens are wonky. Now, if this exact same token was used elsewhere, it would be much more acceptable.
Ultimate: Eh, I don't think this will justify the glunkiness of the second ability. It's also kind of similar to ultimates of Elspeth Tirel and Gideon, Champion of Justice.
Token now green and white

Cleric+Warrior tribal is one of W's main themes in the block. This is intended to be solid in that deck if you have 3+, and we'll fiddle with numbers and support cards until the deck actually does want them.
0/3 was considered, but seems like it might be more of a roadblock than we want and not float as well to the players who want tribal synergy.

I'm pretty sure this is gross in limited, but we'll test as is.

Bleh. It does need to be common; so that you've got a chance of getting a lot of them.
But you're only going to run them in very specific decks. I dunno; do you have the associated build-arounds to go with them? I guess something ends up being last pick most of the time, in this set, it'll probably be this one.
