Uncommon for now
I guess this does some work, although we have surprisingly little caring about creature color right now. Also I think color indicators on non DFCs are wonky enough to tend uncommon.

Very solidly costed 2-for-1 "removal" at common. Probably too much so. I'd move to uncommon and add revel, which I think plays very interestingly with the damage death trigger. Other stats also flexible of course.

Oh hey, I see that the "positive aura" and "negative aura" slots on the skeleton have been filled by a single card :). Feels black, and promotes monocolor -- also a cheap permanent to sac to reclaim if it becomes irrelevant to the board. Inclined to keep.

Not sure if we want a low power high toughness deathtouch at common aside from the BBB card -- maybe just a monument making flyer?

A nice blue aura, but painfully weak. U already has too many cantrips, probably, but perhaps

Wouldn't recommend a toughness based version of "daunt" -- too close to actual daunt. This could maybe just gain daunt instead, but I think I like the idea of hexproof and/or prowess on the big blue common.

Primal Huntbeast seems a little efficient for blue, even if it has been getting more hill giant+'s recently. Also, I'd rather have the cheap blue hexproof common of the block in SVU, where it can wear auras in WU.
