A little weird, pushed relative to Sheer Drop but does sometimes suffer from Hex's limitation.

Don't think this effect is common (efficient multikill, even if conditional), some variant is probably an interesting uncommon.

This feels okay at uncommon, though I can see cutting it if we find something more block-specific to fill the slot.

Well, it's cut right now (no code). White uncommon was already full. Wasn't sure about keeping it here with no code vs moving to prospective.

Policy on this sort of thing moving forward will be to move to prospective. That said, killing the land cycle opened up a new uncommon per color, so I'm just putting this is for now.
