Huh. Isn't it.
Yeah, I guess given Hindering Light this could go down to just costing
.
Well, this is now significantly worse than Render Silent.
I do think this would be neat as a 2/4 with double strike, Vitenka, but I worry that it would ruin (what I see as) the attractiveness of the rules text with the flavor.
I thought it was cute because it has two abilities from each color. Normally white is the color that's able to block additional creatures.
Two-Headed Giant of Foriys was first; but it didn't get the "Needs to be double-blocked part".
Might work even better as a 2/2 double-strike?
Kinda strange having two creatures on a card when combined with equipment - but then, there's cards that are swarms of insects, so clearly that's not a blocking issue. (Boom boom)
Two-Headed Dragon reconcepted as a pair of warrior twins? Why not?
Oh... Yes. I wasn't really thinking about those things.
Turns out my
cost ability wouldn't count for the challenge, so I've decided to go with the ability in my first comment. It's incredibly wordy, though.
Yow. Shuko looooves this guy. As do Chimeric Staff, Demonspine Whip, Grafted Wargear, Chimeric Idol, Haunted Plate Mail, Hopping Automaton, Umbral Mantle, Urza's Avenger, and most amusingly, Illusionary Mask.
Because a triggered ability would use the stack. This allows you to manipulate the outcome of something like Chaos Warp, or influence what they draw with Oblation.
why not make it trigger?
You could word this more simply: "If an opponent would shuffle their library, instead you shuffle it." and rely on people cheating the shuffle ;)
