Right, I've made a decision on Parrying. The point is that the current version is complex to make an unusual case more flavourful - but worse. If the player wants to jump through hoops and get Parrying on a creature more than once, they might as well get a benefit for it.
I've been concluding actually that the card as is (Holy Strength + Vigilance for ) is fine. It's somewhat startling at first, but neither of them was very good, and there's no way this card is going to break anything.

Gah. I keep vacillating on Parrying. I actually do like the complex version I have, but that may just be Melvin.
Was
chargecast pacifism
Was common

Was Cisaean Windcaller, which is now uncommon.
The first time I had this, it was

to keep double-C costs down. Is it too strong?
Cool!

You're free to borrow the mechanic, though.
Probably will move this to Uncommon, transferring the ability on (((Cisaean Lionrite))) to this card.
This is difficult. I don't want to nerf this too much as it really helps sell the not-in-conflict nature of the setting.
On the other hand, I concede that
may be too little. What options do I have?
For instance, if I make it +2/+2, can I get away with that at
?
Updated as part of complexity-reducing chargecast cull. Was 3UU Chargecast counterspell/abil.
