Yes, I know you want to re-use this, but it would probably be better for the game as a whole to remove the bounce effect. If your alpha strike doesn't kill its target, then bouncing the aura can only lead to despair or frustration. If it does kill the defender, then you either don't need the bounce ability, or you've just painted a big target on your dome.
Serious damage potential, with absolutely no defense. This could almost say that it attacks each turn, if that weren't out of character for the world.

Artifacts are just as out as enchantments, in this set, for the same reason. Creature is an interesting idea. I don't think there's been an alternate win condition creature before. But I can't help feeling it would still make people go "But shouldn't the black-red sorcery group's alt-win card be a sorcery?"
I think my options are 1) Decide it's okay as a sorcery after all - decide that Coalition Victory wasn't that bad. Unfortunately dismisses V's original problem. 2) Kill this card, and possibly consider designing a green or white alt-win enchantment for this set instead. Painful, but I fear it may be the best option.
Templated as per Seeds of Strength.

Played with this in the draft as -2/-2 to one thing and -1/-1 to another, and it was crushingly powerful. Then Scars of Mirrodin printed Arc Trail, which Tom LaPille called "crushingly powerful", and that's uncommon. This needs to change rarity or text. Perhaps two lots of -1/-1 distributed among 1 or 2 target creatures.

I assumed it was dragons flinging orcs off the top of the mountain. This is far more orcy and wonderful, though I couldn't find art for it.
I don't think it's too bad. It doesn't do anything at all until you drop an enchantment after it. I'd like to see how it plays before changing it, at least.
I don't think it'd break, but I'm trying hard not to include keyword abilities that aren't evergreen, and scry isn't (it was just temporarily brought back for M11). This way invites combination with some other effects (hmm, a Wizened Snitches reprint or similar wouldn't go amiss in the set). And the old way didn't do much planning either. I had been thinking of making this an enchantment, but I'd rather not reduce the blue instants without good reason.

Yeah, all soldiers who ride flying things have type Human (or their other race type). Skyknight Legionnaire, Skyhunter Cub, Knight of Sursi, etc. I'll agree it seems a little odd, but it's what Wizards do.

Hmm. (1) would drag the set in a very different direction to where it's going right now. (2) could be interesting, but makes it less strong. (To the parenthetical: I don't actually know - which is another sign this is a problem card.)
(3) seems like it could actually work - replace the first paragraph with "You control target player until you play a nonmana activated ability or the phase ends" - but it's a) not as clear what it's trying to do, and b) has some unintended consequences like seeing their hand, and getting to take special actions like declaring attackers or turning morphs face-up.
This is great for the set, except that bringing back basic landcycling for one card is a really amateurish thing to do. I'd love to have some land at common that you can sac or discard for some benefit, to lend some point to the reminisce land/s. But using an existing keyword for one card is not the way to do it. I should change this up a bit.

Thing is, I think the Elusi would plan better than this. Would it break to have "Scry 2 (or even 1)" first?
