The FAQ makes it sound like the double-exile trick is by design, instead of an unfortunate loophole.

The wording is a bit fiddly: "then" would suggest to some players that you don't get the damage if you sac this itself. Trying it with the sentences the other way round.
Lifelink on an enchantment made me laugh, but it makes amazing sense for the set. I also enjoy the way you put the name together with just the right mechanics, and the way White gets a removal spell that fits one of its themes.
It's only "acceleration" if you use it on an Ornithopter, though. Otherwise you're giving up a useful creature.
The "all land types" thing is silly, but if I made it "all basic land types" I don't think it would feel enough like a rare.

Moved Ecriot Plans to merge with Grimoire of the Don at rare artifact, freeing up this blue uncommon slot. New instant-related design.

Swapped it round. The comparison I had in mind was Guided Strike: the untap in place of the +1/+0. Alternatively, this is Veteran's Reflexes with a cantrip for 1 more mana, or To Arms! giving first strike but only on a single creature.
Then on top of all of them you get the extra types, which will often be irrelevant, sometimes useful in this set, and sometimes a vulnerability.
"Atrapice" is slightly difficult to pronounce. I keep trying to put the 'r' in the wrong place, unless the second syllable receives the stress. In that case, having "trap" emphasized creates an odd flavor.
Very sensible suggestion. There's already too much "mana of any colour" in the set. Actioned.

Yes, I know you want to re-use this, but it would probably be better for the game as a whole to remove the bounce effect. If your alpha strike doesn't kill its target, then bouncing the aura can only lead to despair or frustration. If it does kill the defender, then you either don't need the bounce ability, or you've just painted a big target on your dome.
Indeed. But for all that, it's significantly less good/aggressive than Plated Geopede, the obvious comparison.

This really wanted to be sorcerywalk, didn't it? It's a little on the beefy side for such an evasive creature, though.
Depends on the card. Nonsensical subtypes will cease to exist, so it'll still be a Mountain iff the other card says "in addition to its other types".
I really like the way it smooths out the early game, while still being good later on.

Using your graveyard as a library seems like fun. Probably broken, but with a nasty backfire.
The Angel part seems tacked on, and makes the drawback a little too easy to avoid.
Heh. I seem to remember that in Dwarf Week a few years back, Matt Cavotta argued that Dwarves should be white. I think white characters are allowed to have an angry temperament; compare with the Shadowmoor kithkin.

The sheer scale feels like a sorcery, but there are many times this will be brutally useful at instant speed. Infinite creature combos are doomed.
