Yikes. As a permanent control-change effect, this feels somewhat undercosted. It's better than Steal Artifact in two ways not counting cost, and although that wasn't going to win any efficiency awards, I wonder if being {u} cheaper as well is too far.

Still strictly better than Steal Artifact; but that card isn't played often anyway so it's probably ok.

Former flavor text: "With the right piece of code, inserted into the right subsystem, you can control anything." While good in general, it wasn't appropriate for gear-based mechanical system.
