Surprised it's not a snapping turtle. 🐢

How strong is this? It mills a lot for lands tapped to keep casting your spells, but it's also inherently part of an environment featuring delirium. Is that strong on a 5cmc 3/3 gold rare?

It is a snapping turtle. The horrors don't have other creature types though

I have no idea how strong mesmeric orb would be in an actual graveyard environment. Enabling your opponent's delirium would probably be pretty bad
