Goes quite nicely in a Shattergang Brothers deck, although it'd be even better if Arlani triggered from enchantments. Likes things like Claws of Gix, Curse of the Cabal, Arcbound Ravager, and Reprocess.
I don't know if it's a problem how easily recursive the Tombstone ability is, if you've got something like Krark-Clan Ironworks to sacrifice the Tombstones to. The regular flipping between Inalra and Arlani actually works as a drawback: it gives your opponent one turn cycle to "safely" kill your creatures for every turn cycle when they keep coming back, so it might be okay?

I was taken with the parallelism between Wellspring and Tombstone and wanted to make something that used them both. But the abilities to make them are both pretty wordy. I considered a pair of two different creatures, perhaps with flavour tying them together like Stitcher Geralf and Ghoulcaller Gisa, but I thought it might be fun to try a DFC commander. And yes, if this is your commander then you can include both green and black cards in your deck.
I thinking either the base cost needs to be more, the second activated ability needs an activation cost in addition to
, and/or this needs to remove the demon tokens already out when you activate the Worst Fears ability. After all, you can just activate that every turn once they have two tokens. That's basically game over.

I always wanted to make a "choose X" card, but never thought of any effects where it seemed balanced. Then I was trying to think of a card for this where it wouldn't just be a creature, and the combination of three different tokens popped into my head.
It's a bit too wordy, I would have left the keywords off the tokens if they weren't already on Demon Advisor.
Ooh, I like "Choose X". So for 6 mana, you get a 6/6 flyer, or 6 1/1s with menace (potentially scary with any pump such as Signal Pest), or three 2/4 blockers if you're on the defensive. And for 8 or 10 mana, you spam the board. Cool.
Not really printable in a normal booster set, because of needing three different tokens none of which are vanilla. But I could see something like this happening in a supplemental release that comes with its own tokens, like Commander. Fun.
